20 Years After the CPE: What Employment Policy for Young People?

Twenty years ago, widespread protests led to the withdrawal of the CPE (First Employment Contract). Since then, numerous programs focused on training and support have been introduced, sometimes at the risk of keeping young people in a precarious transitional phase in the labor market.
