Welcoming our new colleagues at the CES

The Centre d'Économie de la Sorbonne is delighted to welcome five new colleagues at the start of the 2026 academic year. Their arrival strengthens several of our research groups, from financial economics and quantitative finance to sustainable development economics and public policy analysis.

• Jérôme Deyris, Maître de Conférences in Economics, joins the Financial Economics group.
• Bastien Michel joins the Sustainable Development Economics group on a CNRS Delegation.
• Mohamed Mrad, Professor of Applied Mathematics, joins the Quantitative Finance group.
• Mariona Segú, Professor of Economics, joins the Globalization, Labor and Public Policies group.
• Julien Wolfersberger, Professor of Economics, joins the Sustainable Development Economics group.
