09:30 – 12:30 – Introduction to integrated assessment models (RICE), multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL), RICE-N modules (FAIR climate module, trade, climate agreement modeling, reward shaping, JAX GPU scalability, carbon leakage, heterogeneous reductions)
14:00 – 18:00 – Multi-level social choice, negotiation in RICE-N, working groups to design new negotiation protocols, documentation and presentation of results, RICE-N code presentation

Friday, October 11
09:30 – 12:30 – Hands-on work with RICE-N: training, evaluation, debugging, implementing a new negotiation protocol
14:00 – 18:00 – Current state of RICE-N, climate clubs with RICE-N, RICE-N working groups, brainstorming potential collaborations
