Investir dans l’avenir malgré la crise de dette, quelles marges de manœuvre ?
Public debt is at the heart of the political crisis currently shaking France, but the debate over debt is heating up in many other countries as well. At the same time, the European Union and each of its member states are facing the need to finance massive investments in numerous areas, in order to pursue objectives that have already been adopted or are currently being debated. What all of these investments have in common is that they require a variable, but always significant, share of public funding and public investment.
